We’re genuinely sorry to hear our pizzas didn’t meet your expectations. However, we’d love to offer some clarity that might explain the experience you had. All of our dough is made in-house — never pre-bought — using organic wholemeal (integral) flour. This flour creates a different texture and flavor from traditional white flour dough, and it’s part of our commitment to offering healthier, nutrient-dense alternatives. The crust might not have the air pockets or char of a Neapolitan pizza, but that’s intentional, and it reflects the ingredients we choose for our health-conscious and vegan clientele. As for the cooking process, everything is baked in a professional pizza oven, and our ingredients are always fresh, plant-based, and chosen with care. We understand this may not align with everyone’s preferences — and that’s completely okay. Traditional pizzerias offer a different experience, and for those seeking that, they might indeed be a better fit. That said, many of our regular guests return because they value exactly what we offer: a clean, accessible, organic, and 100% vegan experience. We’re proud to be a different kind of pizzeria — not trying to replicate the conventional, but to innovate and offer something meaningful for those who seek it.
