hi there Lila, thank you for your most valued feedback :). We do not cook with tomato paste. On NO dish we serve. Neither do we use "chemischer Ersatz-Sauerrahm" on our 5 cheese :D. For the bread: just a little hint to the waitress, whom had her very first working day with us yesterday, and you would have gotten the Neapolitan bread and a heartfelt apology from us.
