At P.S. & Co., we are committed to offering a menu that is 100% organic, vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, and kosher. Organic ingredients, on average, cost nearly twice as much as conventional ones, and we take great care to source the highest quality available. Additionally, nearly everything we serve is handmade in-house in small batches, including our cupcakes—from the cake and fillings to the creams, buttercreams, and garnishes.
