Hi! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We do try to give up-to-date descriptions of all of our dishes on the menu. We recently updated our bibimbap with a new flavour profile that leans more into fermentation and bold contrasts. The current version includes seitan bulgogi, shiitake, bean sprouts, cabbage, and cucumber kimchi, all served over brown rice—not bulgur, though we understand it can look similar. It's also intentionally saucier than the previous version, so the sauce is already incorporated in rather than served on the side. There are indeed photos circulating online of our older bibimbap, which may have caused some confusion — we're working on updating those where we can. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations, but we really appreciate you mentioning the dishes you did enjoy, like the pica pau and gazpacho! We’ll take your feedback into account as we continue evolving the menu.
