So sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience at this restaurant while you were here! I wanted to let you know that the vegan menu does exist. I confirmed this with management via email and also visited the restaurant just to make sure. I saw a stack of vegan menus by the check-in counter and was given one when I asked for it. I posted a picture of it as well.
