Everything at the PK is vegan by default, unless you specifically ask for cow's breast milk. Things are not "veganizable"; they are "vegetarianizable". Frankly, the PK is one of the best things vegans have in Ottawa, and leaving a lukewarm review because everything you eat at a restaurant has to be "memorable" hurts a good business and ultimately hurts animals.
