Hello dear friend. Before we apologise, I have to say that you are talented writer. Even though review is negative, your knack on creative writing impressed me. Now the real issue. What you wrote is a nightmare for a customer and even a bigger nightmare for a vegan restaurant owner who have fought from the world and norms to bring the plant-based cuisine keeping profits aside and purpose in the centre. You may have noticed on the last page of menu (as you are sharp) that we are a global community. But this is not an excuse of what you have to go through while dining at Ubuntu EAT. This is shameful service and I wish if I could meet you personally and say SORRY for this. We are SORRY. If you are still on Phuket, do get your refund. I wish if I could ask you to give us another chance of serving food but with your review, I feel we have lost that chance forever. We are going to take this serious and do a staff meeting about the incident. Thanks for not giving 1 star even though you could and you must. You still chose Kindness. Thank you and SORRY!
