To clarify, the tap water we serve is groundwater, not the city-supplied water, and it’s used for drinking purposes in both our restaurant and the Japanese restaurant downstairs. The building owner has a special permission from the City Office to manage this for both establishments. We always aim to ensure the highest quality and safety for our guests.
