Specifically, since the incident, we have enrolled our newest purchasing and restaurant team members for group study on veganism and sustainability. We want to clarify that we have not ignored your request and have been in communication with the OTA to facilitate the process. We continue follow up as the correspondent provided directly to you via email. We truly understand your frustration that it has taken some time. Recently Booking.com has informed us that they have already processed the refund to your credit card and will be reaching out to you directly with an update. About the construction noise, please be noted that the construction has now been completed, and all areas are fully open for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
