This is a Chinese Buddhism spot, for traditional Chinese Buddhism they still consume eggs and dairy , which is different than Indian Hindi. For Indian Hindi, they see eggs as a form of life already so they won’t consume eggs but they will consume dairy because the traditional way of milking cow isn’t really hurting them physically in their religion and culture.
