The portion sizes we serve at Kong are reviewed from time to time with the aim of improving our customers' experience and minimizing waste. The croquettes, in particular, were an appetizer that, when ordered by just one person (or even two), often led to customers being unable to finish their main course, increasing waste and lowering overall satisfaction levels. At the moment, most of the feedback we receive indicates that ordering the croquettes (for example, to share between two people), along with a main course and a dessert, provides an appropriate and ideal amount of food.
