Hello Anya, Thank you for your feedback. If I’m not mistaken, your visit was over a year ago (before October 2023), back when we used a thinner and softer lasagna dough, which might have given the impression of being overcooked. Since then, we’ve changed the recipe to come closer to what most people are familiar with. I’m sorry the lasagna didn’t meet your expectations and that I couldn’t find a resolution that worked for you. We do take feedback seriously and are always working to improve.
