Howdy Courtney! With my partner and I being people who don’t have a gluten intolerance, we typically don’t think about that when looking for food. There is however a really nifty alternative supermarket attached to this cafeteria which stocks loads of vegan/dietary products, I bet they’ll definitely have something for you! :)
