I don’t doubt you can make it vegan, but I didn’t get the vegan version. In fact, I also told the waiter about it. He apologized and said he can exchange it. I refused because I don’t want food to be thrown away, so I told him that it’s okay and my friends can eat it. Again, I don’t doubt that you can make the dish vegan, but in this case a mistake was made, and it is my right to inform others in a review that this can happen so they should watch out for it. Since you haven’t been present, I would ask you to respect what I have experienced and not just question my observations without knowing it any better. Thank you!
