I'm sorry for your experience, but there was a misunderstanding, probably due to my not so good English. We have never removed vegan options, but rather, we are looking to increase them. Unfortunately, in the last month we have had difficulty in replacing our products (not only vegan ones) due to the high turnout and demand and the complexity of our recipes. For this reason, on some days the vegan choice was (and sometimes is) reduced: it was only temporarily unavailable. On the contrary, we want to try to increase the offer of vegan dishes, to give everyone a better choice.
