Hi Lina13249, we are really sorry that your experience did not live up to our expectations. The area were we are is the most expensive of Paris and our products are very qualitative, compare to other places in the same area our prices are quite reasonable. For your daughter we regret that but the toilet flush was broken, and the restroom is behind our kitchen so for hygiene reasons it can be open to the public. If it was an emergency we could have helped you to find a solution.
