We’d like to address a few points: Our donuts are made from premium, 100% vegan ingredients, which come at a higher cost, and are handmade in-store each day. We continuously strive to offer the best value while balancing those costs of vegan ingredients. Regarding your comments about staff, I’d like to clarify that we rarely have two team members working at the same time, there is only three of us total, and when we do, it’s typically in the morning—never at the end of the day, which is when we’d know how many donuts we’d have leftover. I’m unsure how a conversation about waste could have been overheard, especially since we make every effort to minimise waste. In fact, any excess product is sold through Too Good To Go, ensuring very little goes to waste. However, if there was any discussion overheard, it was certainly not intended to affect your experience, and I sincerely apologise if it came across that way. We take all feedback seriously, and if you could kindly message us directly with the date of your visit, we’d be happy to look into your concerns further and offer you a full refund. While we understand that everyone has their own preferences, comments like “lower prices and make better donuts” can be disheartening for a small business like ours. We work hard to create quality products and maintain fair pricing based on the ingredients we use and paying staff a fair wage.
