Thank you very much for visiting MERCY Vegan Factory. We can imagine how frightening it must have been to experience the earthquake during the New Year. We, too, were quite scared. At our restaurant, we always strive to make meal times special. Since there are very few vegan and vegetarian restaurants in Japan, we decided to stay open during the New Year to provide hospitality for our guests.
