Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations; we wish you had a better experience. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Concerning your quotes for our vegan restaurant, we always allow guests to visit our a la carte restaurants more then once under the condition that there is availability as the tables are limited in the restaurant. You could have asked any time in the Guest Relations Office if a second or third visit is possible. It is correct that our vegan burger is a convenient food burger. Please consider that, the most popular and internationally most sold burger "Beyond Burger" is also a vegan convenient food burger used in a lot of vegan or vegan friendly restaurants. The burger we use is of high quality and highly praised by our numerous vegan and non-vegen guests. Our hotel is listed since years at "Vegan Welcome" and "Happy Cow". We have accommodated for many years vegan guests which were very satisfied with the choices in our restaurants. Even in the Greek and the Italian restaurant our vegan guests will always find a vegan choice in the all inclusive menu. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations.
