Report a review comment

My only mistake is that I should have looked at the previous reviews here (and on Google) about how Manna treat people and how there have been similar issues with bookings/closed restaurant in the past. See the reviews and responses for yourself. I had a reservation confirmation, and the owners communications before my review were very rude and attacking, just as they are in response to my review. I haven't said one mean or attacking thing back to them in my replies, just facts, but they are name-calling and bullying me. They could have chosen to handle this before my review, or simply direct messaged me on HC after seeing the review, but instead, they've chosen to attack me and post mean and unkind responses very *publicly*, which is not a good look for them. You can clearly see similar unkind responses made by them on other review platforms. Feedback is hard but a necessary thing to improve, otherwise, things like this will continue happening. Clearly they need to look at their reservation system/process. I do wish Manna all the best. Spread kindness. :)
