HappyCow Staff- Please contact me directly if you’d like to verify my experience/review. I have evidence of my reservation via documented correspondence. I also have calendar invites and correspondence with the person who was joining me (all time stamped). Finally, I have evidence I traveled to the restaurant the day of the reservation via my fitness tracker, which tracks my location 24/7 on a map — this corresponds with the metadata of the photo I took of the closed restaurant and the reservation time. The restaurant communications have been inappropriate. I will not post personal details online. I don’t think I need to supply information they already have (which is not even productive anyway) to further them bullying me. My review is valid and I have the evidence mentioned above, including emails from “From: Manna London restaurant noreply@guestplan.net" which also specifically noted their email address “mannalondon@gmail.com mailto:mannalondon@gmail.com" and even included this snippet of text: “MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION https://widget.guestplan.com [REDACTED] You have received this email regarding your reservation through Guestplan. Guestplan is a trademark of eTender B.V. Keizersgracht 188, Amsterdam NL. https://guestplan.com” It’s not my fault if they had an issue with their booking system or if they simply decided to not honor reservations without notifying customers. I will not be bullied by this restaurant. I have nothing against them, I am simply writing about my experience with their restaurant and you can clearly see the way they have been choosing to communicate above. Looking at other reviews, they have done this before (made reservations but were closed and didn’t notify customers).
