Hi, thank you for your reply, but it feels a bit of an attack and I have a right to write a review about my experience and interactions with your restaurant. I see you’ve responded to previous reviews the same way. I did use your system, and I did show up to the restaurant. I will post a photo of it, which I took because I was extremely upset that I had a booking and showed up to this. I have been using HappyCow since 2007 and do not have a history of writing inappropriate reviews. I know the purpose of HappyCow… And I’m allowed to write about my experience with restaurants, my review is valid. I prefer to support 100% vegan/vegetarian businesses, but I’m not going to provide a glowing review when treated in such a way. Sometimes feedback is a learning opportunity and a means to improve.
