We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As you have surely noticed, we do not have many tables, and for this reason, we strongly recommend reservations on every social media and website. Clearly, if we told you there was no room, it's because the tables you saw "free" were reserved for other customers. The fact that you were told there would be a one-hour wait for take-away is because, evidently, that was the wait time. Unfortunately, we do not have a separate kitchen for take-away; there is only one cook, and priority is given to serving the tables. For this reason, sometimes we do not offer take-away at all. The advice is to reserve, not just with us, but everywhere. Warm regards.
