We are glad you enjoyed our food, venue and initially stated our service was good, as you can see from our reviews on all platforms our team pride themselves on being friendly. As in many restaurants service charge is added to tables of large groups and is not automatically added to every table which is why there is an option to leave a tip on card for our lovely team, which many customers request. We feel there may have been some sort of misunderstanding here as our team are mortified to hear that you felt someone may have come across as rude.
