Congrats mate. You go way out of your way to trash a bakery that, according to staff when I asked last week, uses 95% of organic products. You complain that some of the items are not organic, but animal products are of little interest to most of us here at HappyCow. Additionally, you refer to another bakery that you have reviewed, when if fact you haven't done so... because it's not even listed here. I do agree that it's unfortunate and vague, to say the least, that places claim they use organic products "whenever possible".. but you seem to be picking on the wrong target.
