Thank you so much for your review. We're sorry about the slow service, Rome is languorous in August. Most places are closed or working with half of normal staff (our case). We're happy you enjoyed the food. We use all organic, fresh ingredients and consider our prices quite fair for the quality of the food we serve which is prepared 'al momento'. We hope you'll stop by again when in Rome and let us make up for the inadequate service you received. All the best
