Normally, we cut each bun about 1cm deep, but it's possible that it got torn when both sides were squeezed before you took a bite. This is definitely an uncommon occurrence, and it's the first time we've come across such a situation. Regardless, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had at our place. We will work together as a team to improve our product and fastened our service time. Regarding our cuisine, we primarily focus on Western food, and we understand that our Indonesian menu options are limited to our pesto fried rice and satay taichan skewer. Behind our food selection, there's a story where we have a social mission to educate the next generation, and since kids these days tend to gravitate towards comfort food or junk food, we decided to incorporate those types of dishes into our menu. Our intention was to show them that vegan food can be just as delicious. However, we understand that we fell short of your expectations in this case.
