Hi thanks for your feedback. I can agree with you on that haha. We dont have a concept that is a culinair high end restaurant with that kind of exciting flavors. Our concept is just fresh and also typical limburgian lunch dishes (‘zoervleisj’/bitterballen) sandwiches soups and bites. And barista coffee and tasty cakes. But its just normal comfort food that everybody allready knows, made vegan. To show that people could just easily veganize their regular comfort foods and that it is just as tasty.
