Thanks for the precision. There are in fact very few Taoist temples in HK compared to Buddhist. Besides I didn't know that Taoist were vegetarian (but are they?). In fact we could even argue that not all Buddhist monks are vegetarian - for instance Tibetan Buddhism is less strict, partly related I guess to the fact that they traditionally live in places where you can't easily grow veggies, especially during the winter, and that dry meat/fish is widely available and easy to store.
