We are pleased that your company enjoyed our seasonal, vegetarian menu and you felt comfortable in our restaurant We are sorry that the vegan option could not fully meet your expectation regarding to taste and price. When selecting our products from mostly small farmers and producers, we do not only pay attention to regionality and seasonality, but also to organic an Demeter quality, for which we are very happy to pay our suppliers more than the average price. This is also reflected in our menu price, just like the fact that 18 service and kitchen members are working on during the evening to make it special for our guests. Due to higher costs at all levels, we had to adjust our menu price. Our menu size is based on experience values, therefore, we are sorry that the courses were too small for you. Apparently, our bread course called “back to the root” should not be a cheap filler, it should be a small reminder to our guests, that it does not matter how simple the ingredients are, quality is most important.We would like to recommend you the TIAN Bistro in the 7th district, where we serve a more inexpensive sharing menu with several vegetarian or vegan dishes to share.
