Me too. I think it’s because it’s a chain. Swing Kitchen is a cool concept and fully vegan, but the food itself needs improvement. We paid 30€ for two combo meals which were a burger, a soft drink and fries. You know the non vegan competition is much cheaper and the food is pretty similar. If the price is high, the quality should be way better as meat eaters won’t pay double for what the consider to be the same. Swap lettuce for any other green. Arugula for example. Swap tiny pieces of fried onion bits to 2 large, battered, freshly deep fried onion rings. Swap this basic, white bun for a sour dough or something. A little more effort would go a long way.
