Hey! Owner here (sorry we don’t claim this page). Your order took that long because we make orders in the order they were received. So, if you walked up and we have 10 online orders in front of you, we make them in order. We do that for several reasons. The most important is probably because of the pandemic. We’re surviving due to online ordering and we don’t want to make folks wait when they come and pick up and have a due time. I’m not sure why the group behind you was quoted 15min. Maybe a bad estimate? Or if enough time between you and them went by and they had little to no online orders. So, your hot dog didn’t take 30min to make. It took 30 minutes for us to get to it and then make it. Hopefully we’ll change the system when we’re able to open for dine in! We’re just waiting on a loan to do that. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this transition to a brick and mortar and fall out from the pandemic. -Keaton
