Hello, I'm not sure what this review is in reference to as I have not hosted a pop-up or been at a premises since summer 2019. Even when I had my pop-up there would not have been any reason to 'rush' a customer as we were there for an extended time and also there was never any massive queues. My staff were all friendly and courteous women who I hand-selected to help me. I did not witness nor hear about any negative/hostile experience from a customer as I was present when orders were being taken. It seems like you joined this app to write a negative review as I personally messaged you months ago to ask you about your experience.
