All of which are homemade, using local ingredients (as importing is not eco-friendly) and made with love. Thank you for giving your feedback on some of our other dishes. We will look into it to see if any improvements can be made. We apologise if the celery juice did not taste as expected, we can assure you that we take great care in using fresh ingredients. Perhaps it is because we use local Balinese celery where the taste is different from imported celery. It is unfortunate that you mentioned about your stomachs, we are constantly improving our quality and safety protocols. If in case it happens again in your travels, do take charcoal, which helps with this. Thank you again for praising us on our reasonably priced raw & vegan food options.
