If you would have asked any of our team members we would have gladly let you know we use Moving Mountain burger patties which we're proud to use. We chose this company because they are a small UK independent company and we plus think they're amazing. They are a premium product that are produced in the same way and use the same ingredients as a Beyond Meat burger, therefore cost the same price. If you was to have a Moving Mountain burger from other places, for instance Red's True BBQ, you would pay £11.50. We charge £6.50 (+£1 for cheese and onion rings) for this same product in a brioche which we think is reasonable for the cost of production. This dish is our most expensive dish to produce and when we buy in certain products, we carefully choose the ethics and quality of that company. Sorry to hear this burger wasn't to your liking but we hope you will give us another try in the future. Have a nice day!
