Hello I am terribly sorry to read that your burgers were not cooked properly. This should of course not happen, it is very important to us, that people enjoy the food we prepare. I have talked to the kitchen staff that was cooking yesterday in order to adress this and to make sure that such mistakes do not happen again. Please note that while we always thrive to serve impeccable food, mistakes can happen. In that case we are always open to listen and if given the chance, fix the problem on site immediately.
