I am very sorry to read that you were disappointed. Our hard-working team takes feedback very seriously and is eager to further improve our offer and your experience. I assume it has been some time ago that you visited us. Since January, we are not offering the caesar salad anymore. We are also aware and apologize that some months ago, the waiting times could get quite long. We were understaffed due to the health issues of one of our associates and probably not at our best. In the meantime, we have been hiring and made several improvements across the board. I hope you will visit us again and enjoy it. Please note though that we will never be able to match the same price as you would pay at home. On top of the costs for ingredients we have to pay for rent, labor, VAT, electricity etc. Have a nice day, Julie
