Hello, Thank you very much for taking the time to give us some feed back on your experience at our Cafe. We're really sorry to hear about your experience and will take your comments into consideration regarding the volume of the music and the fact that you were not given a fresh plate which isn't the standard we would expect our customers to receive. We hope you will also accept our apologies for the poor customer service you received - we do get extremely busy but this shouldn't have happened.
