We recommend that you take your usual size, unless you consider that your feet are a little wider or if you are in between two sizes. In this case, we recommend a size larger than your usual size.  Example: for a 41.5 take size 42. Please note that the materials of our Raven soften overtime. *The insoles of our Raven are removable.
