Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe located by the market square in Eisenach. Mainly organic and locally sourced ingredients. Around two-thirds of the menu is vegetarian. Various vegan options that are clearly marked as such. Drinks can be prepared with soya milk. Has soya smoothies and other fresh juices. Nice atmosphere. Open Mon-Sat 10:00-20:00. Open until 10 pm in Summer.

Gutes Essen, aber teuer

Ich hatte den Banh Mi Like Chicken (Baguette mit Fake-Hühnchen) und die Sommerrollen. Mein Mann hatte noch ein Fladenbrot mit Feta. Alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Preise sind allerdings schon Recht hoch (knapp 15 Euro für das belegte Baguette). Immerhin waren die Portionen ordentlich.
Schade war allerdings, dass mein Mann mit seinem Gericht bereits fertig war, als ich mein Essen bekommen habe.

Pros: Klare Kennzeichnung veganer Gerichte, Leckeres Essen, Ordentliche Portionen

Cons: Etwas teuer, Essen kam nicht gleichzeitig

Tolle Idee, dass hier der "Nachwuchs", die Azubis von 'Zucker und Zimt' Regie führen.

Pros: Kleine,aber ansprechende Auswahl , Freundlichkeit , Geschmack und Präsentation

Köstlich

Ein tolles Café und Restaurant mit mehreren veganen Speisen und Eis. Es gibt auch einen Straßenverkauf für das Eis. Mein Eis war sehr lecker. Man kann auch aus 3 verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen bei den Eiswaffeln wählen (normal, Vanille, Zimt, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere).

Pros: Gute Lage , Lecker Eis , Viele Optionen

Viele leckere vegane Optionen

Wir hatten großen Hunger und haben die veganen Sommerrollen, balinesische Suppe und marokkanisches Gemüse gegessen. Alle Speisen sehr lecker und schnell serviert. Der Service ist toll, das Restaurant gemütlich und schön zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Delicious meal with ice cream!

I had the tofu burger: the tofu was super crispy and had a bacon flavour: delicious!for dessert they had a chocolate vegan ice cream. Yum!

Great little cafe with local, organic, vegan + omni options!

LOVED this little cafe! Great options for vegans and non-vegans alike. Many things are organic/local/fair trade.

My omni husband enjoyed a pretty typical "American" breakfast while I enjoyed the "vegan breakfast." The portion sizes were great and everything was very reasonably priced. The staff spoke some English so it wasn't too difficult for us to maneuver.

Definitely recommend if you find yourself in Eisenach!

Great vegan food and breakfast

If you want to have really good vegan food go for the Zimt + Zucker! We had a vegan breakfast (including a delicious selfmade nougat-creme and handmade bread) and grilled vegetables with a variation of potatoes as a lunch and both was just great with big portions so one really gets filled up.

When visiting Eisenach you really should pay them a visit (they also have a vegan chocolate ice)

Pros: Big vegan selection, Big portions, Delicious food and nice staff

Great place with many vegan options

We came to vidit the town on a holiday and found this nice place. Dishes are clearly marked as vegan and they had really delicious cakes that even my omnivore bf make sure to congratulate.

I would give it 5 stars but happy cow doesn't allow me to do so.

Pros: Vegan meals and cakes, Opening time, Central location
