Baked goods sell out early on the weekends, please visit early. Breakfasts are served until 2:30pm. Relocated from Barska 4. Open Mon-Fri 07:00-18:00, Sat-Sun 09:00-17:00.

Incredible vegan pastries - Edit
Vegan bakeries are a complete novelty to me as there is nothing like it where I live. Zaczyn is a cute, vibey little cafe that sells breakfast/ brunch and lunch items. Their pastries are incredible- i also really enjoyed their oatmeal. A must visit for vegans in Kraków!

This place was on my list for Krakow, and I almost skipped it — but after a chat with someone, I was convinced to take the 40-minute walk for breakfast. Totally worth it.
Read moreEverything here is vegan. I went for a savoury pastry topped with cream cheese, thickly toasted potato, and plenty of salt. It was incredible.
Make the effort to come here — you won’t regret it.

Absolutely phenomenal, I came here twice in two days and had to queue on the second, but because they were so busy it meant I got the freshest chocolate hazelnut bun I’ve ever had. Soooooooo goooooood

Absolutely fabulous vegan bakery - definitely worth a visit. Savoury and sweet buns and pastries. Terrific bread and lots of different types of bread as well such as flat breads. They do really lovely breakfasts as well. Friendly staff. Great coffee. It’s quite small if you want to sit in and there was a big queue at the weekend, much quieter during the week so visit on a weekday if you can. Free tap water available. Five stars all round. (Note that the vegan Aparthotel Plantonia is right next door - we stayed here and definitely recommend!)

My favorite breakfast in all of Krakow - Edit
I was delighted to learn that the flat we rented was a very pleasant twenty minute walk from a vegan bakery. The store is a lovely little place with mouthwatering aromas. My favorite thing was toast with a smear of tofu spread, cucumbers, and fresh dill, although I urge you to also purchase a loaf of bread. Every loaf I brought back was delicious. We went back as often as we were able to and left with little sacks of pastries to enjoy. Highly recommend you stop here.

Nie jestem z Krakowa, miejscówkę znalazłam w necie, gdy szukałam dobrych miejsc z wegańskim jedzonkiem i to był strzał w 10!

Bakery hit us like a truck - Edit
A good truck, a truck full of tasty treats, this place was a hoot. Not only can you tell it’s a local favourite (selling out fast) everyone was so lovely and the food made with the ingredient of the same name. It took my partner back to a taste of childhood and home. Wiwat Polska!

I ordered a delicious (and also very aesthetically beautiful) matcha latte and an equally good cinnamon roll.
Read moreI picked up the cinnamon roll as soon as I paid, while they served me the matcha late at the table.
Unfortunately there were no brioches, those can be found from 9.00, before that time there are still other good desserts.
The place is very clean and bright, aesthetically very nice with an open kitchen.
There is some coffee table to consume inside.
Update: I came back after 9.00 and there was an extra dessert, but however little variety remained. Sin.

Everything I tried was perfect - the french toast being a highlight for me.
There are plenty of pastries available throughout the day if you want something smaller.
Menu is available in English as well as Polish.

I bought a loaf of wholemeal and rye bread, an asparagus and almond feta roll, sweet challah, and cardamon roll. All delicious baked goods. I visited three times and each time was very busy, which is an indication of how good it is!

Great location, especially if staying at Plantonia hotel to which it’s attached. Was super convenient to get food for the day from here when spending the whole day out on a trip. This side of Krakow was best for vegan options with Veganic and vegan AF ramen being not that far.

Read moreThey hade some buns, so I ordered two and a coffee. It tasted very nice. At the end they had one more thing ready for the customers, so I took it to go. It was kind of like a shortbread with cream on top and blackberries. This was really good, it is on the picture

Modern fully vegan bakery with sweet and savoury bakes, I tried the bostock malina and rogalik z róza. Really enjoyed both these. Quite a walk from the Old Town but worth it to try some different options. Paid 20PLN for both items.

Read moreIt was fine although a bit too heavy/sugary/greasy for my liking, but that's just Polish food for you.
We also stopped by for a quick juice and found the staff super friendly, the premises very inviting, and juices delicious.
