Best japchae ever.. - Edit
I absolutely love this place and make it a point to go to any and all events they show up at.
Read moreThe service is always friendly and the food never, ever misses. Some of the best Korean food I've ever eaten.
The japchae is cooked to perfection and packed with flavor and their kimbap is just the next level of flavor.
Even their daikon is so delicious.
You must check them out at their next pop-up, you will not regret it!
Pros: Delicious food, Friendly service

Vegan Korean! - Edit
Yuseong Mandu has finally brought vegan Korean food to San Diego! They operate at multiple vegan events and some farmers' markets; however, check their website for a schedule. I usually order the kimbap, which is simple but delicious. The mandu is really good, too. Recently, I noticed they have expanded their menu to include kimchi fried rice and potato croquettes, which I am excited to try next time.
