Delicious non-alcoholic drinks - Edit
I had the iced strawberry matcha, which is a bit expensive but tasted really good. They charge you 50 cents extra for vegan milk and not all options (e.g. waffles) can be made vegan on request. The staff were friendly and the outdoor seating is just perfect for a lovely summer day.

Very yummy! - Edit
I drank a strawberry matcha latte for the first time. I mean, compared to other matcha latte (in Japan), it was not the best one I‘ve ever drunk, but it was delicious. I also ate an beagle with mediterran vegetables. It was so delicious and I‘m full now! The staff was also very friendly!

a new vegan friendly place in Saarbrücken - Edit
Just a few days ago, YUME opened its doors and I am excited to see how it will develop. There is not a lot information about it yet, but it is supposed to be a combination of a café with snacks such as cake, bagels and bowls combined with a shop for natural products. As I could see, there is a focus on lavender drinks. More vegetarian than vegan options. I had the YUME ice tea and the vegan Bagel. I didn't like the ice tea so much since it was very sweet and the lavender reminded me of a medicine that I used to take as a child. However, The bagel was very delicious and the hummus was very tasty. Next time I will try the vegan cake and a coffee. They offer oat and coconut milk.
