A nicer and slightly more expensive restaurant. Really skillfully made sushi. I liked the menu and the food. It's smazing that it's a completely vegan sushi restaurant. However, I didn't get full points for the atmosphere and price of the place, but I still recommend it.

I think they change their menu quite often, depending on the season probably.
Me and my partner got the jiro set, it was a great portion for two people! And the pricing was quite reasonable for fancy sushi :3
My partner also got a non alcoholic beer and then got the same beer but with alcohol lol. My partner enjoyed the non alcoholic beer more and said the second beer tasted strange.
I do not remember the sushi's that well but I'll try my best to describe them.

Two asparagus nigiri and two tomato gunkan. I had both the asparagus nigiris and they were yummy, I tried some of the tomato and it tasted SO similar to salmon! It did not taste like tomatoes at all!!! My partner loved the tomato gunkans the most out of all sushi :3

Two avocado sushi's and two ??? (I forgot...) some salad on top??? I enjoyed both of them but my partner didn't particularly enjoy the salad one.

Six cucumber and avocado maki! They had wasabi inside already. Basic sushi. Yum.

Four uramakis, had a really nice umami flavour, we both really enjoyed this one!!!

Eight special uramakis, four had mushrooms on top and four had red cabbage on top. The ones with mushrooms on top had avocado and other stuff inside of it, me and my partner loved these ones. The red cabbage uramakis I completely forgot what was inside, but I really enjoyed these and my partner not as much.

Six spring onion tempura futomaki. I enjoyed these but not as much as the rest. The tempura was a nice crunch, my partner liked these as well.

Six futomaki special, these were warm and crispy on the outside, on the inside they had carrot, maybe daikon? And I forgot haha.... definitely mine and my partners least favourite, but I still enjoyed them.
Overall amazing vegan sushi. Would recommend and would go again!
Update!
Went again with my partner, this time we got two enoki mushroom gunkans and two ???(I forgot) gunkans. I enjoyed both, my partner didnt really like either lol...
And the miso soup, kimchi, and edmame starters! All yum! Miso soup had tofu, enoki and shittake mushroom. Kimchi had carrot as well!
Super yummy again.

All the food was lovely and really interesting, including some pumpkin and aubergine dishes. Some did miss - like the broccoli tempura. The menu could’ve done with a direct meat substitute, although that maybe wasn’t the aim!

I skipped their partially-vegan location in Krakow to go to the fully-vegan one in Warsaw instead so I was really excited. I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
Read moreThe food was nice. Not the best vegan sushi I've ever had, but it was tasty enough. Not cheap but it was fresh and well-made. It was good.
What bugged me was the service. There was a blonde lady working there with a tall younger guy and they just weren't very friendly. I couldn't get a smile out of either of them the whole time. The two guys who were preparing the food looked just as pi*sed off as them - a far cry from the usual welcome you get at traditional Japanese sushi places.
The concept is that they choose the ingredients according to what is fresh that day, but nobody explained this to me, and when I asked questions about what I would actually be ordering it felt like an inconvenience to them. In the end, I got a lot of vegetables and rice without much protein, and might have ordered differently had I known.
Overall, sushi is supposed to be a fun experience. This place felt like it was taking itself waaaay too seriously. The food was good but not good enough that I'd rush back.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was that every type of sushi was served seperately, while I would have preferred to just receive everything all at once

Delicious futomaki - Edit
I ordered ramen and futomaki set. Ramen was ok, but according to me a bit too sweet. However, futomaki set a cooking mastery. I definitely recommend this place for vegan sushi.
