Standard ramen - Edit
Nothing to write home about. The broth was bland, the toppings were nothing special and there were only two pieces of tofu in the ramen. The tofu was amazing, the rest was pretty standard. It is definitely not worth the hype, I wouldn’t go back (nor wait 35 minutes again to eat the ramen).

Peu d'options vegan, peu d'options tout court, on mange des ramens (2-3 entrées sont disponibles aussi). Mais ils sont très bons. On peu choisir le niveau de sel, la quantité d'algues. Un bon moment, mais le menu n'est pas assez varié pour y retourner souvent. Pour une rage d'un ramen, c'est parfait. Miam.

Build your own ramen - Edit
At Yokato Yokabai, you can build your own ramen, which is kind of cool. Vegan option are clearly labeled. I had the mushroom broth which was bland, but the vegan noodles and the tofu were really good. Overall, I liked the ramen, but there are much better vegan ramen at other restaurants, such as Umami Ramen or Petit Marché Végé or Mangala.

Les options végétaliennes sont très clairement indiquées sur le menu.

Les deux bouillons végétaux, sésame et champignons, sont très bons.
Le tofu en supplément est également savoureux.
Option sympathique de pouvoir ajuster la salinité du bouillon, ainsi que des toppings proposés en plus (huile pimentée, radis mariné, gingembre mariné, graines de sésame).

They have a dedicated vegan ramen and a few other vegan menu items, like salad. The mushroom base is very good but I didn’t care for the sesame. You can choose your salinity level for the broth, which I appreciate, and the vegan noodles are green to ensure confidence you for the right ones. It’s great for lunch on a cold day.
