Zuppa buonissima!! - Edit
Ampia scelta di ingredienti vegetali e si può scegliere il brodo al pomodoro che e' vegetale, acqua inclusa, economico veloce, ti danno anche un maxi bavaglino per non sporcarti, personale gentilissimo e tutto i condimenti da aggiungere alla già fantastica zuppa sono gratuiti e vegetali. Preno una insalatiera trasparente, ci metti quello che vuoi nella zuppa, verdure: ci sono cavolo in foglia, spinaci e altre .., ortaggi (zucca, carota..), scegli i tipi di spaghetti (udon o noodles) aggiungi tofu, c'è ne sono vari tipi di forme e consistenze diverse, aggiungi anche i funghi (shitake e altri piccolini bianchi buonissimi). Si paga a peso e sopra un certo peso ahi degli altri noodles & co in omaggio!

Not a good place for vegans/vegetarians. - Edit
I physically got nausea while writing about this place. it’s gonna be long. First if all, EVERYONE TOUCH THE MEAT AND THEN THE VEGETABLES SO YOU SEE THE MEAT PARTICLES ON THE VEGETABLES. For me it was off putting. On top of that, the only broth which doesn’t contain beef (but it might contain fish/chicken, I don’t know) is the tomato broth. Which is a very limited flavor to combine with the ingredients you can choose from.
Read moreThe other thing you can choose from which probably doesn’t contain meat (once again, I’m not sure) is sort of chili oil sauce. And it’s not your traditional chili oil, it’s something else that that I can’t put my finger on it because it’s not like the western style chili. It’s not about the spice level, it’s something else. I find it very veryyyy unpleasant. Notice it is NOT a soup. I had it by mistake so my ingredients was for soup, and even after I asked the staff for hot water it was way too weird for me... I ate maybe 3 bites and couldn’t do it anymore.
On top of that, the price per gram is just too much. They give you those giant bowls and soon you’ll find yourself paying 2000 yen for your meal and I don’t think there’s a difference if it’s 200 grams of cabbage or meat. Plus only after we had put all the ingredients in the ball we saw a sign saying offer free 80g pasta over 1000 yen. The cashier never offered us this.
We came at evening, and the place was super crowded. I didn’t have time or space to translate the stuff, therefore all my mistakes. What a waste of time and money.

Had more options of tofu than I’ve ever seen, and really cool to pick your ingredients. I’m a little worried the broth (you choose an option of four) wasn’t vegan, but you take what you can in Tokyo I guess?
