Traditional Valencian round chocolate - Edit
If you're looking for some naturally vegan chocolate, it can't get much better than this! We bought a few different flavours (9 sticks for 10€). Some flavours are interesting and I bet they regularly have new ones, but in my opinion, the original version is the best.

Excellent, amazing market experience - Edit
Firstly, I am not a chocolate aficionado; I only try chocolate on rare occasions. Secondly, I usually pass on offerings of free samples from market vendors.
Read moreThat’s why it was so amazing, while visiting the central market in Valencia, that I stopped at a chocolate vendor and tried the samples over and over and over! Not only did I do this on one occasion, but I returned to the Central market before leaving Valencia to purchase gifts for friends and family.
The Chocobollo, a rounded, elongated chocolate, was delicious. It has a wonderful grittiness created by the addition of brown rice flour, and it’s vegan! We tried and purchased numerous flavors, including anise, coffee, mint, and the original; it was all delicious.
The employee on duty was kind and gracious, and answered all our questions. I wish I could return to the central market just to buy more chocolate.
Pros: Vegan chocolate options , Artisan quality , Excellent service
