Vegetarian Buddhist restaurant in a modern building with a Buddhist praying room on the first floor. Has three meal options changing daily (rice bowl, noodles, or soup), dumplings and small side dishes. Also serves tea, coffee, fresh fruit juices, snacks and cakes. All meals are vegan but cakes contain egg. Free self serving hot tea and a small glass of plum juice offered. Comfortable spacious room. Popular at lunch time. May have a staff member that speaks English - if not, has pictures of all dishes on a tablet. Open Tue-Sun 10:00am-6:00pm. Closed Mon.

Great vegan lunch spot

We went there a few days in a row for lunch as it was close to our hotel and loved it every time. We enjoyed their daily changing main (rice, noodles, or soup) for NT$100 but the highlight was trying their side dishes (NT$50 each). Cherry tomatoes in plum broth were delicious. One staff spoke great English and was super friendly, explaining everything while showing the pictures of the day's options
