My husband and I took the dim sum class and loved it! When booking online, I was able to include a note requesting both vegan and non-vegan dim sum and Sho customized the class to meet our needs, including two vegan fillings for me and one meat filling for my husband! Taking the class was so much fun and the most informative cooking class we've ever taken. Sho speaks English, knows so much about food, and truly made this experience great! After returning home from the class, I had a question about the recipe and emailed him. He responded quickly and gave me the needed info. We can't wait to return for more classes!
