Okayish vegetarian buffet - Edit
This restaurant had a couple dozen different options to choose from in their buffet, and was able to make noodle dishes that customers order. An okay experience relative to other similar places in Taiwan.

Happy to report this buffet is still in business 🫡. Lots of egg but also plenty of tofu, mushrooms & veg. Recommend!

A little pricier than others, but my favorite place in Kaohsiung - Edit
Standard choose your food and pay by weight. But food is high quality and not much oil and flavors which is a plus. Choice of house made dressings to put on vegetables if wanted. Pricier than others. But my favorite.
